2006, February 16 - Redway3d announces Redviewer for Autodesk® 3dsMax®

Redway3d announces the Redviewer availability for Autodesk® 3dsMax® on March 1st 2006 in France. The Redviewer is the first product which takes advantage of the RED, a new interactive ray tracing technology. Fully integrated into Autodesk® 3dsMax®, it generates productivity gains (up to 30%) during the 3D image production cycle by avoiding most of intermediate renderings. Redviewer supports a per pixel lighting, shadows and soft shadows, alpha and colored shadows, true reflections and transparencies.
